This summer has been as busy as ever. We have ventured into produce, produced more pork, and tried to get it all to market. We still have two weeks or so of fresh produce before frost and then we will have winter squash, onions, potatoes, carrots, eggs, pork, chicken and rabbit. If you would like tomatoes, green beans, beets with tops, peppers, honeydew melon,cucumbers, fresh raspberries, etc. now is the time to call. We also are about five months out on ordering butcher pigs. If you want a pig for January or February not is the time to reserve your pig.
